Miaz removal of his cyst

Very unprofessional in her manner with this patient. Way too casual in the attitude she has & how she speaks to him in a joking manner & is singing while seeming to not handle removal of the sac very well either. Needs to be more respectful toward her patient & less familiar & rude in her comments.

How can this be a medical professional?
