Mildly tender with pressure and a history of a small bump or pimple that he had tried to squeeze. Most likely from the squeezing trauma he induced a hematoma to form. It should heal well now with a compression bandage and the ingrown hair removed. We will monitor closely. Incision and drainage. Hematoma. Ingrown hair removal. Dermatology procedure.
