Too many hands in the way, horrible camera angle. That is a VERY VERY VERY LONG incision for that. I know that it was a HUGE lump but I think that the doctor should have known that it was all or mostly all pus so in my not professional opinion I think that a much smaller incision would have done the job just as well.

Camera was aimed way too high right after the incision. So you can't see the best part of video.

Der Patient muss der Scheich von Abu Simbel sein, bei einer ambulanten OP mit sooo viel Ärzten und med Personal drumherum... Schade, aber genau deswegen hat man recht wenig vom eigentlichen Eingriff gesehen!
