This cyst should have been handled by a dermatologist. The cyst sac must be removed. If not the cyst material will fill up again.

I think if the incision was larger this would have gone so much smoother. There was so much content coming out. I can't believe that much was in there and he wasn't even done yet. The body never ceases to amaze me at how it can hide a cyst in plain sight like that.
