In the beginning with the big cysts the right tools were not used. I would love to see the pimples or cyst, emptied out completely before moving to the next one that would be very satisfying.

This is rubbish! First of all, there is never a suction cup you, so there is no new and improved technique shown Which is published in the Guinness book of world records and furthermore, the operator doesn’t even remove all of the blackhead or whitehead material from the pore;she is leaving at least 10 to 25% stuck in the pore, so it’ll do nothing but re-infect again! Who trained this girl? She’s terrible! I would never let her work on me, or any member of my family or friend!

Far be it from me to disagree with the Guinness committee, but I believe these are milia, not pimples. And I never saw a suction cup at all. Not sure what to make of your headline and description.
