Please go to a doctor.. so he can numb it and put you on anti biotics

you really should go.to the Dr to make suee that it is just a cyst. looks like you have some sort of lump there too. also.it looks infected

Absolutely go to a doctor, this is not a do at home cyst. I can’t remember the name though of these, I think paranychia, but it won’t heal at home in the bathroom: good develop into all kinds is nasty things.

It looks like you also have a lump to the side of the infected place under your arm

I would use a gyclolic acid wash daily and retinol in that area twice a day to try to prevent that. I lived with cystic acne for most of my life and it was horrible. That may just stop that from happening completely. =)
