Hard to tell blemishes from scar tissue. Poor guy. I hope it isn't as painful as it looks.

I saw this video when it was on You Tube with SacDepSpa. So I know a little backstory. This type of injury happens when Vietnamese youth, like this patient, goes into the country's huge jungle areas and gets defoliant from the war on him. It burns thru cloth, skin, everything in its way. Also, this clinician offers free treatments and a salve to use. This video is just the best to me.
