Believe it or not this is a teenage boy who lives in Vietnam, his mother brought him to this pimple popper place because she tried to pop them herself for him but she was hurting him too much. When they got to Loan's place, after a few minutes he actually fell asleep while getting these massive pimples popped. There was a Vietnamese woman in the comments who translated, and this is what she said

Some great blackheads in this video! Just wish that in most videos that they didn't pile zzup the pimples or blackheads on their gloves. Put them on a gauze or something, Pam over if you want to show us how many you have take out! I think it would be a lot better! Just my opinion!
