Ummmm, was he sure this is gout? Nurse for 27 years and I have never seen gout present like this. So infected.

OMG how horribly painful that must be!! I had gout in my thumb once but NOTHING like this thank God. Mine barely swelled & it hurt soooo bad! I hope this person got medical attention ASAP
